Finally no more ice has formed on the bottom of the freezer!

We have been dealing with glazes in our freezers for many years. We even had a mechanic look at it. He replaced something but it didn't help, the ice came back and I didn't catch it in time, so again we had water all over the floor. We had new floors, so I had to try something. Used it as soon as he got here and there hasn't been any ice since. Very happy with the results.

Pros

How to use: Insert the inclined hole of the pipe into the drain hole of the refrigerator and pour hot water at 70-80℃ to flush out the clogged drain pipe. If you meet resistance when inserting the hose, keep pumping hot water until you hear the sound of running water to unlock the refrigerator.
