I printed out the foot size chart and measured my 20 month old's foot and his big toe was a size 24 just right so I have about that debated I ordered a 23 or 24 and ended up going for a size 24. They're a bit big but didn't stumble, but I decided to return them a size smaller. My little one wears 7W in Stride-Rite shoes for reference and the pedal shoes were too wide for his feet. The shoe was so light and very flexible that it was perfect for confident hikers who occasionally stumbled over rough terrain. The quality of the shoes seemed great just a little big!
