Don't buy this, you will regret it!

Well I received this item a few days ago and since unboxing it has been an absolute disappointment. 6 calls to my brother, 2 calls to Microsoft and still no solution. Whenever I try to type something in P-Touch Editor, the application freezes and I get an error message (not responding). I haven't printed any labels yet, I've spent so much time getting this thing to work, time that I have to use to run my business. This thing and the quality of Brother products and service sucks. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER.
