I lost fish for over five years and only lost fish occasionally until AMMO LOCK came along. After carefully adding AMMO LOCK as directed, I went to bed. The next morning I found all the fish at the top of the tank desperately trying to escape. I immediately took a water sample, set it aside and started the water change. When I switched to 50% I tested the first sample and it was almost black at 8ppm. The second sample taken on a 50% water change was 4ppm so I kept changing the water and removing dead fish. I did a 100% water change and it was still testing at 2ppm probably because of all the dead fish. The remaining fish are slowly recovering, but some are still dying and I'm still changing the water until it's safe. I've used other API products with no problems, but I will use a different brand in the future.
