I was keen to use this product as I liked the fact that it was transparent. But both times this product was sent in - it was with a lot of scratches on one side. And not just a few small scratches, but deep scratches, and there are many of them - as happens with cutting boards after many years of use. I gave this company the benefit of the doubt when they first came in with scratches. Revane was kind enough to send a replacement. But the same thing happened with the second batch. I'm really disappointed as I was looking forward to using this. Another note is that the straps that hold the product on the treadmill don't seem to be durable for long-term use.
