What I liked about this product was that they would send me email messages periodically telling me if anyone left a bad review about our company. This is nice because we don't have any reviews on our website yet. But unfortunately they did not tell me if someone actually wrote a review. So I had to call their customer service line to see if someone posted a review. I also wish they could filter out comments about the products themselves rather than the people leaving them. Also, since they only monitor negative reviews, it might be a good idea to use another product like ReviewBoard to monitor positive reviews. That way, you won't miss any positive reviews.

- Has the capability to automatically remove reviews from your site after some period of time.
Cons
- The product itself isn't very customizable.
- The lack of feedback for when someone leaves a review makes it difficult to know how many users are reading the reviews.
- I thought it was limited to monitoring reviews.
