You will need to remove the upper radiator hose, radiator bracket cover, and radiator bracket rod to remove the fans. Luckily it's only held in place by 2 10mm bolts, most of your effort is getting the device out. It took about an hour to take everything apart and about 15 minutes to put everything back together. The fans are quieter than the standard. The machine is happy, dad is happy.
