The customer service is amazing! They are always willing to help you out in any way they can. Their team members understand your needs very well so there isn't much room for confusion or miscommunication of expectations. I have been using them since 2014 when my husband was working remotely from home during his graduate school program at Georgia Tech. At first it felt like he had an office but then realized this wasn't actually true - just really good people who were happy to be able to work together as colleagues/friends while also being able to support each other's families (my hubby has two young kids). We used their services primarily through email exchanges where our schedules would not allow us to meet face-to-face frequently enough. It worked great because sometimes one person could get stuck doing something without knowing what the other needed done next. Nowadays we use Meetingspace which allows me to see exactly how many minutes left.
