Ridiculously twisted straps
I ordered two pairs of Havaianas, one with thin straps and one with wide straps. Both had the same problem (which many other reviewers have had): the straps were attached crookedly and twisted so that the side edge of the strap lay perpendicular to the top of the legs. This not only looks strange, but also clearly uncomfortable. Who collects these slippers and how? And where is the quality control?
