Review on WHITE BLACK+DECKER 14,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner with Heat and Remote Control for 350 sq ft, BPACT14HWT by Jacob Leon

I bought it 2 months ago and it already needs to be replaced, the compressor doesn't turn on and doesn't blow cold air anymore. I've read the entire manual from start to finish and haven't seen anything about leaving it upright for 24 hours before turning it on, but I did it anyway and this problem still persists. Now I have to wait for customer support to approve my application and until then I'm stuck in the heat. First I called Revain and they won't replace him, very disappointed with everything. A $400 AC and I feel like I just got screwed. Update - I called Amazon 3 times and also b and d 3 times they asked me to send them my proof of purchase and I did it straight away, that was over a month ago and have called back since. I have not received any calls or emails from them and keep getting stuck after long waits. This sucks, I just want to replace this block
