Review on Efficient VBENLEM Evaporator - High-Quality Stainless Boiling Unit for Enhanced Performance by Alexander Scharon

I got this pan to improve the speed and efficiency of evaporating maple sap into syrup. I used to use a dual propane burner pictured along with two restaurant steamers. This setup worked but was painfully slow and wasted a lot of propane. I'm happy to report that this vaporizer dish worked as expected. It has cut my time and propane usage by about half. One nasty thing is ball valve leaks. It releases a drop approximately every 5-10 seconds. In the photo you can see a drop ready to fall. The drop speed is tolerable but still annoying. I will buy a better valve.
