I had a bad back spasm a while ago when I had to call an ambulance to get me out of bed and had to go to the emergency room to get it a cooper fit back brace and it helped me a lot as i work as a bellboy but it started to bend a lot so i tried another back brace and this one was very tight around my shoulders so i ended up trying this one and for now this is so the most comfortable i have had as its a lot bigger than my other one and this one feels incredibly stable like its not moving at all definitely worth the price if you are after a really good and supportive one look for back support. The only downside is that it may take a few times to get it on perfectly very quickly, but it doesn't have to be of great value
