Excellent support and comfort. I have had cheaper versions and paid extra for this product as I have done cement work and done a lot of lifting. It worked great! I highly recommend paying extra for quality - you only get one spin and BraceAbility has it covered.

As a "weekend warrior," I like to get off my computer and be busy. I've hurt myself too many times by doing too much too soon. Now that it's the weekend and I have housework and gardening to do, I put on the orthosis and get to work. I'm not giving medical advice, but I strongly recommend that the extra support for this goes a long way if there's a chance your back muscles will be injured.
