A while back I had a severe back spasm to the point I had to call an ambulance to get me out of bed and I had to go to the ER so I got a back brace and that was it It's been a long time since I've been a bellboy but it was starting to flex a lot so I tried another back brace and this one was very tight around my shoulders so I finally tried this one and so far it's the most comfortable one I've had support because it's a lot taller than my other one and this one feels incredibly stable like it doesn't move at all, definitely worth the price if you're looking for a really good and supportive back brace. The only downside is that it may take a few times before you can put it on very quickly, but that's not a big deal.
