As a "weekend warrior," I like to get off my computer and be busy. I've hurt myself too many times by doing too much too soon. Now that it's the weekend and I have housework and gardening to do, I put on the orthosis and get to work. I'm not giving medical advice, but I strongly recommend that the extra support for this goes a long way if there's a chance your back muscles will be injured. I even wear it when I'm on a dirt bike for extra grip. I may order another one so I have a spare on hand.
