I had no idea what to expect. Was it a trick? Will it tangle your hair? Would it be uncomfortable? Actually, this is a great curler. I set it to my usual heat setting and 10 seconds and then got going. You simply insert a piece of ear and press the button. Once it beeps, release and a curl will form. Using a small section of hair will give you a tighter curl. You can also tell it which way to roll, left or right. I like to vary the direction of the curls on each side of the head, so I made a few curls on each side on the left setting, then switched to the right setting and made a few curls on either side. I then went through the results, switching back and forth depending on what I wanted to do. I will say I had a lot of charge for style. I'm excited to see how many styling sessions I can get from a single charge. This makes dealing with cords really a hassle while still maintaining enough heat to work effectively. Needless to say I absolutely love this curler and can't wait to keep using it.
