Review on Country Brook Design Premium Flowers by Anne Wilson

I like colors and patterns. The silver hardware is strong but the buckle is quite heavy. But why don't they clearly state inches for each size? Elsewhere I found information that said the medium size was up to 18 inches and the large size was 18+ inches. They say "measure tightly" which is what I did, which was 17 inches. But when I received the collar it was adjusted to the maximum size and was too tight. Now I understand that after adding her tag, which she pulled down slightly, she left no room for her full head of hair to grow back in the winter. Therefore we must return for more.
