(Update) Great picture quality, great customer support

Updated 11/09/2022. Upperizon support contacted me and immediately exchanged the monitor. This time the monitor worked perfectly. They also gave detailed instructions. Thanks for the great customer support! First Review This Oled screen has top-notch images: excellent contrast ratio, pure blacks, high 4k resolution and is very portable. I really like it as an extended monitor for laptops. However, after 3 weeks the monitor sometimes showed "connection failed" and I had to unplug and plug it back in to reconnect it. I thought it was a minor thing and didn't bother too much. Suddenly it can't connect to the laptop and shows "no signal". I'm frustrated as this screen is really good but I can't use it now.
