Fit well easy to put on

Bought for my 2 year old to wear around the garden. She is a size 6-6.5 so I bought a size 6 and 7 just in case. 6 fits her thick leg well and seems to have room to grow (I left 7 to grow). They're surprisingly easy to put on (even when wet) and feel comfortable on them. I like that they are easy to clean and wear well so far.
