I bought these for my 9th generation Honda Accord Sport. Installation was a breeze thanks to the optional speaker brackets and wire harness adapters. Your tweeters are a bit weak. The angled tweeters on these speakers help direct the sound waves a bit. Rich basses and mids. I installed a pair of Polk component tweeters (with the high pass filters on) in parallel to boost the high frequencies and it was amazing. In general I am very satisfied with the product. Note: My two cents for Honda Accord users. Replacing the factory front speakers with these is not an "upgrade" if you are using a stock head unit. If you have factory working front speakers, install a good pair of silk dome tweeters and you'll notice the difference right away. Keep an eye out for posts on the various Honda Accord forums on installing front door tweeters. This is an easy and inexpensive upgrade with noticeable results. For this I recommend Polk DB1001 tweeter + Honda Accord EX door canopy with tweeter mounts. No trimming or shaping required. Simply slide these tweeters into position on the door fenders and apply hot glue around the edge on the back.
