Review on Greenscapes by Caleb Eichbauer

Unfortunately, I recently had a bad online shopping encounter at Greenscapes. Their outdoor gear inventory is excellent, but their service left much to be desired. I had a problem with my purchase and attempted to contact customer support, but it was extremely difficult to reach anyone. It took days for me to get a response after leaving multiple messages and sending numerous emails. When a person did answer my call, they were uninformative and didn't seem to care about helping me. In addition, I discovered their prices to be somewhat higher than those of competing online merchants selling identical items. I'm willing to spend more for high-quality goods, but I found the poor customer service to be off-putting. In general, Greenscapes' web shop is not one I'd advise using. It's hard to justify purchasing with them again given the lack of quality customer service and higher prices.
