The best thing about this software is that it has all of my favorite features, such as lead nurturing campaigns, email drip programs, automated workflows for webinars or content creation etc., which are essential to any business in today's digital age! And they have great customer service too - always available at least during normal working hours (Europeans) via live chat/phone support whenever I need help with something specific. There isn't anything bad either; everything seems pretty straightforward so far but if there were some things missing then maybe we could use them more often since those would be useful sometimes when doing our jobs. Lead generation & nurture campaign management using various tools like HubSpot CRM system, Salesforce API integrations, MailChimp autoresponders and many others.

- Some parts of the software look a bit outdated, but probably it's just a matter of time and the fact that software doesn't need to be fancy to be functional
