I like that it is easy to use, you can easily setup everything in one place as opposed to having separate tools for each function of your campaign or list management system. This allows me to have all my data under 1 roof so if there's something missing then it makes things easier! I like the ability to create an account and manage campaigns from a single dashboard. I dislike that the platform is fairly complex and can be difficult to navigate. The ability to create multiple campaigns, segments & nurture paths with ease of use/customization is key for any business that wants their customers engaged! It's easy for our team members who are new to this tool but it can be daunting if you're not familiar wth how they work in general as well.
