I like that it is easy to use, you can easily setup everything in one place as opposed to having separate tools for each function of your campaign or list management system.

This allows me to have all my data under 1 roof so if there's something missing then it makes things easier! It doesn't integrate well with our CRM platform which has caused us some issues at times when we need quick answers (also no live chat). My team works remotely but this feature would be helpful during those long days where nothing happens from 9-5pm. We've made many changes due to ease of integration versus cost savings because sometimes features are not available within other platforms such as HubSpot/Salesforce etc..
