I'll start by saying that we have cheap construction windows that leak. We also live where the Santa Ana winds carry dirt/dust at high speeds. After all, our windows are not cleaned regularly. Nonetheless, I like this kit. The design of the brushes etc. is good enough, the execution leaves something to be desired in my opinion. The bristles of the small white brushes are quite stiff and brittle and after a thorough cleaning of the window rail they become wobbly and are completely useless for the next window. Green-handled brushes are best, but they won't fit in all crevices. The caterpillar brush wants to be a good tool, but it doesn't "lock in" to hold the scrub pad in place, so it needs constant adjustment (or maybe my scrub was too strong! *wink*).
