I just wanted a cute little backpack for the essentials. Something simple. I have kids and needed to be able to fit my phone, wallet, keys, a couple diapers, and a pack of wipes. This isn't it. This is the perfect size for my toddler, but only for another year or two. I really don't like the "straps" on this either. Besides being difficult to adjust, they look odd. Also, the front pocket was stuffed with paper to help it keep it's shape, but the bag wasn't. So when I received it, the bag was crushed flat.It's cute, but it's not what I want or what was advertised. Will be returning.
