I like that it is easy to use and provides a lot of options. It can be difficult to navigate sometimes but once you figure out how to do it, it's not too bad. The customer service is also great. They are always willing to help with any questions or problems that arise. Sometimes it doesn't seem like there is anyone working at all in the office when you call. You need to have patience if you want to get through to someone. It's a great tool for communicating with clients. We needed an easier way to keep track of our work orders and communicate with each other. This has helped us tremendously.
