The tube end is round, not flat. It's also quite thick, maybe a dime in diameter. This complicates access to the dryer vent and makes it impossible to move or clean the vent walls inside. Basically everything falls down. Except he's so fat he can barely make it. I really had to bend the dryer vent walls to make them loose enough to come down. I don't think my dryer is an unusual size. The hose itself comes in a nice carry case, fits my vacuum well and the wire guide is easy to attach and detach. It was simply the wrong shape, making it unusable. I expected the end of the tubing to be flat/bladed. The seller offers $10 gift cards for reviews.
