The dashboard setup was very easy to use. It has helped us with reporting in our data analysis as well. Their customer service team are knowledgeable about their products & always willing to help! They could definitely improve upon the UI/UX. I wish there were some minor enhancements that would make it easier for users like me without any design experience but who understand how complicated things can seem at first glance. Reporting has been great so far because we have seen increased conversion rates due to improved visibility into what customers want more than anything right now when they come searching online.
