Washes off very easily.

The M4 fell on the very first use. I probably wouldn't be so mad if I put a lot of torque on it or attached it at a weird angle. What kind of cheap metal strip the threads before it's even started applying torque to the rivet nut? Better still, the return date has already passed and now I'm stuck in the middle of a project.
