I use this when I am cleaning the aquarium or moving things, its length is to mid-shoulder, it does not get my skin wet and also prevents soap or chlorine residue from contaminating the tank, since the tap water in my area is heavily chlorinated. Seems solid for what I use them for, no cracks, chips or leaks. I've had them for about 3 weeks now. and use them 2-3 times a week when changing the water or adding live plants. since I decided to switch from artificial plants to real plants.
