I bought these two sets of monitors to use with my Lenovo X1 Extreme Gen 2. They are really well built monitors that add a significant amount of functionality. In addition, Lenovo includes a variety of cables with monitors. They supply a VGA cable, HDMI cable and DisplayPort cable and try to help you whatever your connection needs. The problem is that the X1 Extreme has one HDMI port and two Thunderbolt (USB-C) ports. After a bit of googling I found out that I can buy Thunderbolt to HDMI or Thunderbolt to Display Port to connect both monitors to my laptop. After 70 dollars everything is ready and working. The good news is that if you're using a workstation Thunderbolt dock, you already have the cables you need to get everything working the way you want it to, with a laptop as the main display and two additional monitors for the zoom. Perfomance. prestigious property. The bad news for me is that I'll have to return the Thunderbolt cables when the dock arrives, as the dock offers both HDMI and DisplayPort options. Great monitors. I wish they would allow for daisy chain setups instead of requiring cables for each monitor plugged into the laptop's available ports. Decent price, great functionality. Highly recommended.
