LOVE these brushes and would recommend them to my skincare clients for an effective body exfoliation and to help fight cellulite. Excellent blood circulation stimulates the breakdown of cellulite, so exfoliation with each bath helps to soften the appearance and cleanse the cells. This brush is very hard and works on both dry and wet surfaces. It will soften when exposed to water. So if you prefer a hard textured brush like I do, keep the brush out of the water before use. The brush is very durable. I dropped it in the shower several times and only slightly damaged the top. These are hard acrylic and hard acrylic bristles. The long, curved handle makes it easy to grip, even with my arthritic, tired hands. The length is great for reaching every inch of your back. If you suffer from back acne, this brush along with a moisturizing body cleanser without Sodium Lauryl Sulfate is very effective in fighting this condition. If you wax any part of your body by using this brush on the waxed areas from 3 days after waxing, you will prevent the formation of ingrown hairs. Great brush!
