Although I've used this product on hardwood floors, I've also used it on porous porch tile. Over the years, porous tiles have lost their luster and have faded in the sun. When I applied this product to porous tile, it soaked into the tile. This process caused the sealing effect of the faded tiles. Tiles now have an updated sheen. In addition, the product has restored much of the color that was previously visible on the tile. In the end I am very satisfied with this product. It is designed not only for hardwoods, but also to restore the appearance of faded porous porch tiles.
