I like that it is easy for me as an employee in this organization, but even more so with my patients who need assistance from time-to-time! It has been very helpful when communicating back & forth between myself or one of their staff members (who are usually not familiar with coding) & them regarding billings they have received. The interface could be made easier for someone just getting started because there seems to always require some sort of click here before going anywhere else within the program. Be sure to understand what each feature does first - otherwise, get support sooner rather than later if issues arise while using the system. We use CODEON primarily for scheduling patient appointments via phone calls instead of emailing which helps ensure we receive payment quicker after sending out invoices to insurance providers.
