Great experience using CPM Software

I like that this software allows me to see my patient's status for their appointment, which is very helpful in seeing where they are at with their appointments as well as tracking all information related to an appointment or procedure. It also gives me a good idea of what time slot each visit is scheduled during the day. This helps when scheduling appointments. Sometimes it gets confusing when looking up multiple patients due to different last names but I think this problem could be solved by…

  • When you click onto one specific date from your current month/year timeline (the main screen), then everything will show properly so its easy access once going through dates without needing too many clicks back and forth between screens trying find something important within minutes instead hours! Easy and efficient way keep up good recordkeeping

It's helpful to have a tool that allows for an automated process, which helps us stay organized as we go through each step. I like being able to see specific details about what steps need attention. The interface could be improved by having more options in some sections instead of just one choice. For example, there are only two choices when it comes to selecting "What is my next action?" Sometimes I would like to choose something else than the default option but cannot do so because it doesn't

Great experience overall; definitely recommend

I like that it is easy for me as an employee in this organization, but even more so with my patients who need assistance from time-to-time! It has been very helpful when communicating back & forth between myself or one of their staff members (who are usually not familiar with coding) & them regarding billings they have received. The interface could be made easier for someone just getting started because there seems to always require some sort of click here before going anywhere else within the…

  • How much you can customize your own experience by being able to add multiple users/staff into "accounts" without having to go through too many steps; also how intuitive everything was overall once understanding features were explained properly at training sessions conducted over several days during initial start up period where everyone learns together along side other employees learning about same toolset used regularly across agency's branches

The best part is that they are able do so much for me! They have helped with everything from scheduling issues, coding errors (especially difficult since I am not in their field), patient communication problems etc.. We've built relationships over time which has been very important as we work together at this stage but also helpful when there's nothing more needed done than just having someone available should any questions come up or an issue arise between us - it makes things run smoother…
