It's helpful to have a tool that allows for an automated process, which helps us stay organized as we go through each step. I like being able to see specific details about what steps need attention. The interface could be improved by having more options in some sections instead of just one choice. For example, there are only two choices when it comes to selecting "What is my next action?" Sometimes I would like to choose something else than the default option but cannot do so because it doesn't give me any other choices. We use this software for all tasks related to patient care from scheduling appointments to follow-up calls with patients after they've left our office.
