I had to replace the first one. I gave it to my goddaughter for her birthday and the first time she tried to unzip it it didn't work. I checked it out and the zippers are off. I sent it back and asked for a replacement along with the bag because she really liked it but same problem. The zipper was made carelessly and therefore does not work. Now I have to send another one back. I hate returns. This is a waste of time and I should get out of the way. When I see the seller's name again, I don't even click on their item.
