1) Not a single comb is kept on the typewriter. They all fall like they're the wrong size. I've used clippers before and I know what to expect. This happens no matter what position the lever is in. There is nothing professional but clippers with combs falling down. 2) I went to the return and saw that the return window was closed! Not good.
