Review on Teabloom Loose Glass Infuser Coaster by Desiree Scott

Fits in my borosilicate measuring cups! This is the second one I'm buying because I lost my first one. It's loose, so I stuff the top edge with tape, rubber, or fabric. No metal/plastic taste if you are sensitive to it. It doesn't carry the old flavors like fiber. Very fine leaf particles pass through the sieve. Some get stuck in it, but I found it easy to clean. It is made of borosilicate, so like test tubes it is very durable and can withstand extreme temperature fluctuations even when exposed to an open flame. However, borosilicate is also prone to fine microcracks. So if it falls from a significant distance and doesn't break, I'll keep an eye out for that. It's thicker, but I've seen enough test tubes break accidentally.
