Cozy! in tea filters

Perfect for most of my mugs and liter jars; kind of goes with my teapot (at least for my taste); I usually use it instead of a metal basket because it's easier to clean. Laser cut crevices can be a little tricky to clean, but overall it's good. The lid also doubles as a small cup to hold when removed which is great, I usually brew a cup of tea several times, this is a clean on-the-go solution. Some small tees do this out of holes, but I'm not picky enough to really care, it just seems to bother

Pros
  • Best in its niche

I LOVE THIS ITEM, fits strainers and tea filters

I buy a lot of things from Revain which I'm pretty neutral about, but I really love this product! I've wanted to get into loose tea for a long time and finally found this teapot that fits my needs. I didn't want a big kettle or something made out of plastic. This is perfect for a standard straight sided mug (it barely fits my wider mugs that taper outwards, it kinda wobbles there so just keep an eye on it). It's easy to clean and the lid is well designed to serve as a tray for your tea after…

  • This is amazing

Odorless and temperature resistant like chemical devices.

Fits in my borosilicate measuring cups! This is the second one I'm buying because I lost my first one. It's loose, so I stuff the top edge with tape, rubber, or fabric. No metal/plastic taste if you are sensitive to it. It doesn't carry the old flavors like fiber. Very fine leaf particles pass through the sieve. Some get stuck in it, but I found it easy to clean. It is made of borosilicate, so like test tubes it is very durable and can withstand extreme temperature fluctuations even when…

Wonderful! for tea strainers and strainers

This is the best method of brewing loose tea that I have found. The only thing I'm scared of is how easily it can break, but that's the price of not using plastic (which, when the food inside is heated, introduce bits of plastic into the food, which is then swallowed) or metal ( which is then swallowed) affects the taste of the tea for me). Tea leaves can come out of small holes and get into the tea, but very few in my experience (what if they do?). It is placed in a teapot or mug that can be…

Much more practical than filled tea bags or tea balls!

I love my tea infuser! It is very easy to use, durable, large and I love that the tea leaves are free to move while brewing. I have not a single complaint regarding my own usage and preferences. However, I would like to point out a few details that affect or may affect the enjoyment of it. First, the slits, while very narrow, are wide enough to let a few tea leaves through. I like chunks of tea leaves in my cup so that's not a problem for me at all, but if you don't like loose tea leaves in…

Pros
  • Great selection
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

I love it! best in kitchen and dining room

I bought this because I bought a set of 2 clear glass mugs here at Revain. I love mugs but needed a good lid for brewing tea. When I saw this set I couldn't resist it because it gives me the cover I wanted and thought I'd like a see-through teapot so I can watch the oolong tea leaves unfold in the water. So my only concern is whether this teapot and lid will fit my mug. My mug is 12 oz. Double layer glass. and I'm glad to see that it fits perfectly. I've already made tea with him. Perfect! I…

Works as expected although a bit difficult to clean

I've recently started intermittent fasting and have found that a good cup of loose leaf herbal tea is a great way to help me get through lunchtime. A popular meta review site recommended a tea infuser/filter for use with a standard cup and it works well except it has plastic supports and no matter how free of BPA and other things I don't think that's good. The idea is to drink a drink consisting of boiling water poured over plastic and left for 10 minutes. My next stop was an all-metal…
