In general I am satisfied. The product came in a large box. The driver and passenger floor mats buckled together and the rear seat mat folded in half. it did not affect the shape of the mat in any way. The spikes are quite stiff and higher than the standard counterpart. The fit is snug enough that it doesn't move or leave space between the rug and the rug - best of all. However, the brim is not as high as it seems; I was expecting it to go all the way to the edge of the wall and cover the entire carpeted area of the wall between the door and the floor. Call it a case of mixed expectations. Installation is safe. But the spikes can scratch some of the plastic as well as the seat if not handled carefully, so be careful. The flooring itself is also a bit stiff, so you might need some effort to safely slide it in and out for cleaning. In addition, the carpet hooks for fixing the mat on the rear seat cushion are closed while being used on the front cushions; The holes themselves are a bit tight so you may have to slide the balaclava through the hooks. In general very satisfied. It covers most of the important spots and cleaning looks easy. And if anything goes wrong, there's a lifetime guarantee. Note.
