Wow. What a great product. I have been practicing Krav Maga for about 5 years and this mug has saved the lives of my unborn children countless times since I found out about it a few years ago. It's really so strong but so comfortable that sometimes I forget to wear it. I fight with him, fight against him and never had a single problem. The jock is fairly durable but I would recommend hanging it out to dry if you have time, the velcro that closes the pouch where the cup goes is starting to separate from mine. This can be avoided by hanging the laundry or using a delicates bag in the dryer. Before I knew about Diamond I was using Shock Doctor Cups and once wrestling I grabbed my partner's back and the Shock Doctor strapped back into me and the pain was excruciating. I don't know what they make the diamond cup out of, but I wouldn't be surprised if it contained a diamond. This thing doesn't bend or go anywhere once you put it on. I will never use another mug as long as I live! Thanks Diamond MMA you saved my nuts!
