This is a great remote control to use on a desktop or living room computer, true plug and play with no hassles. The USB receiver is even held in the keyboard itself, so it shouldn't get lost. Backlighting is adequate and key feel is pretty good for what I'm guessing is a membrane switch. I have a small problem with this device. First, the trackpad isn't very good for mouse control. I've found that there are occasional issues with the tracking, but it's by no means broken, just frustrating at times. The English in the manual could be improved a bit, but I've seen a lot worse. (My last two concerns are more of a suggestion) I wish the mouse buttons were on the left side of the remote, this would allow you to control the mouse and is much easier to click, not to mention much easier to drag. . Finally, a tactile bump on the F and J keys would be a great addition for easier typing and hand placement. This device is by no means a replacement for a real mouse and keyboard, but it's a great compact option when you're away from the computer or pranking someone (meaning you can connect a real keyboard + mouse and those wireless devices at the same time no issues, can't confirm if radio interference is an issue as I'm using a wired mouse and keyboard). For the price this is a great piece of hardware and I recommend it for convenient and compact control of your devices.
