I like that it is easy for clients who do not know how to code, or are afraid they will mess something up if there's an issue when coding themselves.

It also allows me as their web developer/designer to see what problems my client has encountered in front-end development so we're able solve them together! There isn't much dislike about this software but being from Canada sometimes accessing certain pages takes longer than expected (especially during winter months). Would love more Canadian content available at times where Canadians have access issues outside our time zones. Also would be nice to get paid faster once projects complete instead of waiting around days before payment goes out - which could take weeks depending upon pay schedule set by employer / bank account owner etc..
