I have seen devices on here that come with many different cleaning heads and also have their own special device that powers them to clean. Of course you won't get as much coverage as those using this method as they usually have long bits, but they don't usually have as much power as a drill press. It depends on what you're actually using it for. I have personally found this method to work much better when cleaning things in the bathroom than other methods that come with their own motor.
