The soccer referee is here and I wanted a system that would allow me to communicate with everyone on the field. This product does exactly that. It's really light weight (lighter than some other products), good sound quality, not much interference, but I've noticed that it's affected if you're near a high voltage power line (FYI) . Now keep in mind that the setup is a bit cumbersome. In their defense, they acknowledge all the steps you need to take to sync the three parts together. I have yet to read the directions as you will need to follow them closely. Once synced everything works great and they stay synced for a while. If you have multiple games in a row you may need to sync them again, so copy this guide or take a picture with your phone. After all, these products are quite delicate. I had to return one set because the microphone cable simply broke off. Therefore, also advise other colleagues to handle your material with care. It will take some time to turn these things on and off, but once you use them they become addicting, no more guesswork, lots of information back and forth (sometimes too much lol), no more jumping offside or guessing what your AR is. Think of the possible foul happening in front of you. I don't regret the purchase, I just wish the syncing was easier and the product was a little more powerful. I would also be afraid to use it in rainy weather.
