It sounds like an exaggeration to say that these scrunchies changed my life, but it's true. I sleep with my hair in a messy bun and use these hair ties every night. In the morning I let my hair down, comb it through and that's it. My hair is styled and has more volume than ever. I have pretty unpretentious hair in general (long, naturally straight) but I never thought it could be SO EASY. A note: I still use regular bands when I work out because they aren't always tight enough when running.
