Doctor's Brush, the creators put a lot of thought into how each ending looks, but the truth is that neither side works properly as there is very little to do. I bet they don't even use them. Due to the flimsy nature of the pick, it rotates in the thumb and forefinger rather than staying quietly clean between the teeth. The side of the "quill" should fall between the teeth. No weight, it's too small to really "brush" your teeth. They may be suitable for children but not big enough for adults. Edited to add that the end of what they call the "pen" is already worn out and unusable.
