Paint chipped but waterproof
The black paint on the boots faded after the first use. So far, they have been waterproof after repeated exposure to snow and rain. Not bad for toddler boots if they're worn for a season and then outgrown them.

- My 2 year old granddaughter loves her boots and I love that they keep her warm in the snow and dry in muddy puddles!
